Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed? Since we strive to process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), please contact us at contact@bye-cyclery.shop immediately. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to cancel it, but you may initiate a return once it arrives.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
How long will it take to get my order?

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Which carriers do you use? We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your bicycle accessories arrive safely and quickly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all parts or tools that came with the product.
How do I start a return? Please email us at contact@bye-cyclery.shop with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
